Interviewer - All right, this is interview number one, if you want to go ahead and introduce yourself.
Hi. My name is Michael, third year at University of Waterloo.
Interviewer - Okay, great. Michael, do you live on or off campus?
I live off campus.
Interviewer - Okay, and how often would you say you eat out or order in.
Um, I say I eat out like two to three times a week.
Interviewer - Two to three times, okay, and when you do eat out, what is your favorite restaurant dining spot to order from? And give me a couple reasons behind it.
Um, so there's this new donkatsu place in Waterloo that opened up called the brown donkatsu I just, like, really love this like flavor that they give. So I always go there.
Interviewer - would you say that spot is budget friendly? And if not, could you recommend me a place that is budget friendly?
Um, I wouldn't really say that its budget friendly most items are $20-30 dollars. I would consider like Mel's diner actually.
Interviewer - And what are some of your favorite dishes to order from Mel's diner Yeah, Mel's diner, my favorite meal usually includes, like, just two eggs served on toast and, like, any choice of sides.
Interviewer - Okay, great. Finally, is there anything else you'd like to say about Mel's diner?
Mel's diner is a really solid choice, especially around, like exam time, like you really need something really cheap, like quick, I think you should go to Mel's

Interviewer - Great. Do you live on or off campus, Brianna?
I live on campus.
Interviewer - How often would you say you eat out slash order in?
Um, I would say about three to four times a week.
Interviewer - Okay. And when you do eat out, what is your favorite restaurant slash dining spot to order from? And give me a couple of reasons behind it.
I would have to say my favorite is Bao Sandwich Bar. I think it's a really good spot to eat out with friends and it's really close to my university.
Interviewer - Okay, cool. And would you consider the spot budget friendly?
Yeah, I'd consider it budget friendly as I'm able to eat out with my friends there quite often.
Interviewer - Okay. And what are some of your favorite dishes to order from Bao Sandwich Bar?
Honestly, any of the Bao sandwiches are all pretty budget friendly. I like to order different ones with my friends as they're all around, uh, like 10 or less dollars.
Interviewer - Okay, great. And finally, is there anything else you'd like to say about Bao sandwich bar? Uh, yeah, I think Bao sandwich bar has a right wide range of food. And I think anyone who's pretty open minded would enjoy the dishes.

Interviewer - This is interview three with Sophie Truong. We're gonna kick the interview off nice and easy. What school do you currently attend?
Hi, my name is Sophie. I'm a fourth year student at the University of Waterloo.
Interviewer - Great. So Sophie, do you live on or off campus?
I live off campus, but I live in Kitchener, so I often commute to school.
Interviewer - How often would you say you eat out slash order in.
I would say maybe once or twice a week.
Interviewer - What is your favorite restaurant slash dining spot to order from? And if you can give me a couple of reasons behind it.
Yeah, my favorite spot is Gyubee because I just enjoy all the variety of foods that they have.
Interviewer - Nice. Okay. Would you consider Gyubee to be budget friendly?
Oh, definitely not. It's very expensive, but once in a while thing.
Interviewer - Okay, okay, so if you had to recommend a budget, friendly spot to other students like you. What would that spot be?
I would definitely say chef on call.
Interviewer - Okay, and would you say their items on their menu are quality? Would you say that you would recommend it to other students?
Yeah, they have Sunday specials. And on Sundays, most of their pastas are $10 and Personally, my favorite is the mac and cheese.
Interviewer - Great. Just before we end the interview, are there any other items on the menu that you would like to recommend?
So I haven't really tried many other things on their menu, but I do want to try their poutines and their burgers. Since I've heard good things about those

I live on campus.
Interviewer - Okay, sweet. How often would you say you eat out slash order in?
Uh, probably about one to two times a week.
Interviewer - Okay. And when you do eat out, what is your favorite restaurant slash dining spot to order from? And give me a couple of reasons behind it.
Um, my favorite spot definitely has to be Mizu because the portions are pretty big and the prices are reasonable.
Interviewer - Okay. So would you say that Mizu as a whole is budget friendly?
Oh, definitely. Um, It's definitely budget friendly because i'm able to have leftovers for the next meal in relation to the prices of each dish
Interviewer - Okay And what are some of your favorite dishes to actually order from Mizu?
Has to be the sliced beef teppan pepper rice
Interviewer - Okay, and finally, is there anything else you'd like to say about Mizu?
I've ordered from Mizu online before and uh, their delivery time is super fast, which makes it really convenient.
